Rental Rates & Fees

All rooms can be rented individually or in combination with an adjacent room.  The entire House and grounds are available for rent as well.

Fee Schedule and Application Instructions

Single Use Fee Schedule:

  • Fees are $38/hr. per room; $105/hr. for the entire house.  A/V equipment is available for an additional fee of $38.  For groups over 75 an additional $25 per hour charge required.
  • A refundable security deposit of $100 is required, which will be returned (less any charges for cleaning/damages). Please submit two checks.

Girl Scout Troop Use Fee Schedule:

  • Regularly scheduled meeting fees are $30/per Scout for 1-2 hour reservations (for a maximum of 2 hours per meeting and 10 meetings from September through June).  One overnight sleepover at NO CHARGE is included with payment of all fees for regular troop use.
  • Troops with 18+ Scouts will receive one additional overnight at NO CHARGE
  • A one-time non-refundable Security Fee of $100 is required.
  • Single Use Fee for Girl Scout Troop Overnight: $150 – refundable security deposit of $100 will be required.

Other Policies:

  • All troops must be registered with Girl Scouts of Greater Los Angeles. (For GS insurance purposes, troops must be registered to meet at HHH.)
  • All reservations will be considered in the order received with a completed Application and Fee payment.  Best efforts will be made to fulfill all returning troop requests.

APPLICATION AND FACILITY USE INSTRUCTIONS 

  • Complete the online request form 
  • If accepted you will be sent a Facility Use Agreement to complete and sign online.  Payment via check or electronic means required in advance of rental.  All policies and procedures and exit checklist must be read and followed.

Security Deposit/Fee

• Single Use Renters: a $100 refundable security deposit is required, which will be returned (less any charges for cleaning/damages).  

• Annual/Regular Use Renters: a $100 one-time non-refundable Security Fee is required per calendar year.

 

FEE PAYMENT AFTER APPLICATION APPROVAL

• After email approval is received from the HHH Reservations Manager, please sign the Facility Use Agreement and remit payment. 

• If paying by check please mail signed Application with Fee Payment to:
