Rooms
Fastnow
The Fastnow Room is the largest room and is located in the center of the House. It contains hardwood floors, an ornamental fireplace, a retractable A/V screen, a 48″ round table, and a piano. A kitchenette is located just off the Fastnow Room for refreshment service.

Wikle Green Room
The Wikle Green Room is located adjacent to the Fastnow Room and features a large bay window with a built-in bench and table that seats 12-15, four additional tables, chairs, and a chalkboard. This room also has a sink.

Lounge
The Lounge is located between the Fastnow Room and the Durant Kitchen. It contains an ornamental fireplace and is furnished with a black leather sectional sofa and chair, an area rug, a rocking chair, a bookshelf, a rectangular table with chairs, a chalkboard, and an 8 foot portable bridge.

Durant Kitchen
The Durant Kitchen is located at the back of the House adjacent to the Lounge. The space is outfitted with custom cabinetry, Caesarstone counters, two sinks, and appliances including a built-in Kitchenaid microwave, two Jenn-Air ranges, a Jenn-Air dishwasher, a cateringsized Jenn-Air refrigerator, and a 48″ round table.

Kitchenette
The small Kitchenette is located between the Fastnow Room and the Lounge.

Outdoor Patio Areas
The Back Patio is located behind the House and has two picnic tables, two 12′ umbrellas to provide shade and built-in bench seating. The South Patio is a shaded area with built-in bench seating, open concrete flooring, and five 42″ tables.
North Lawn
The North Lawn is a large grassy area with a fire pit.
Restrooms
Two restrooms are located on opposite ends of the House. One is equipped with a shower.
Equipment Available
The following equipment is available for use at the House (Note other users may also plan to use this equipment at the same time):
- AV equipment: 69”x92” retractable screen with a new Epson projector on cart. Separate arrangements need to be made to access this equipment. $35 per use fee
- Chairs: 80 chairs
- Tables: Ten (10) 6 foot, and one (1) 5 foot rectangular tables
- Podium: Located in the Fastnow Room
- Television with VCR and DVD/CD player: Located in the Fastnow Room.
- Chalkboards: Three available: one in the Wikle Green Room, one in the Lounge, and one in the Durant Kitchen.
- Grills: One charcoal and one propane. Use must be arranged in advance for an additional fee of $35.
