For all Hill-Harbison House Renters

PLEASE ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Wipe surfaces, sweep, vacuum, and clean up all food, spills, or art materials.
• Take out any and all trash from all bins and replace trashcan liners. Large rolling trash bin located outside of kitchen exit to the left in green gated area. 
(Extra trash bags/other supplies are located in front restroom cabinet.)
• Return and neatly stack folding chairs and tables to storage room.
• Flush all toilets, and ensure all faucets, stove burners, and ovens are off. Return blinds and shutters to open position for Security Checks.
• Close all interior doors for Fire Suppression.
• Reopen all shutters in the lounge and blinds in the kitchen.
• All lights must be returned to low/automatic setting to Conserve Energy.
• Reset Security Alarm
