Policies & Procedures
MANDATORY:
- Rental cannot be used to run an individual or corporate business.
- No event held at HHH may be open to the public without advance permission by the HHH Board.
- The HHH Board reserves the right to refuse any request for use of the facility.
- No smoking or alcohol consumption is permitted on the premises.
- No pets are permitted on the premises, except for service animals.
- Contact person or Alternate contact person must be present during the entirety of the rental.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Parking is permitted in front of HHH on Alhambra Road or behind HHH in the San Marino Community Church parking lot, where handicapped parking is located.
- There is no overnight street parking. Printed permit for overnight event must be displayed on dashboards when parking in Church parking lot overnight.
- HHH is located in a residential neighborhood; please be respectful of our neighbors and noise ordinance requirements.
- Report any problems or unusual events to a House Representative (listed in contract) and San Marino Police Department (626) 300-0720.
- You must comply with all laws regarding and during your use of HHH.
OTHER INSTRUCTIONS:
- The Renter/Contact is responsible for cleaning their rental space(s) according to the Exit Checklist. Failure to do so will result in a Cleaning Fee.
- At any given time, there may be more than one group using HHH. You may only use the room that was reserved for your group.
- Thermostats are on timers: turn the dial to the number of hours desired. They are located in the Lounge (also controlling both Kitchens), Fastnow Room, and Green Room.
- Tables/chairs are located in the storage area; return and neatly stack after each use.
- All equipment must be returned to its original place at the end of the rental period. A/V equipment is available to rent.
- Do not use: nails, thumbtacks, tape, putty or staples (or anything that may cause a mark) on any interior or exterior wall. (Chalk boards and easels are available for displaying materials.)
- Prior to setting the alarm, the Exit Checklist must be followed completely.
